How do I use the Flow POS device?

Click on the “Create your account” button above and sign up on Flow.

Request your Flow POS device

Click on “Solicitar Maquinita”, complete your details, and our team will contact you.

Make your first charge

On your POS device, go to the “Nuevo cobro” menu, enter the amount, and your customer can pay instantly.

4°

View your sales

Go to the “Historial” menu to review your completed sales and their details.

    It allows you to accept payments with debit, credit, and prepaid cards, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, including contactless payments for fast and secure transactions.

    How much does it cost to use the Flow POS device?

    Using the Flow POS device includes a monthly rental fee and a commission per sale.
    Commission options:

    • 3.19% + VAT per sale — next business day settlement.
    • 2.89% + VAT per sale — third business day settlement.

    What are the requirements to use the Flow POS device?

    • You must have a fully registered Flow account.
    • Be over 18 years old.
    • Have started business activities.
    • Have a bank account.

    How can I request the Flow POS device?

    You only need to create a Flow account. Once registered, you can request your Flow POS device and complete the process to start accepting payments in your business.

    How long does it take to receive my POS device?

    Once your request is submitted and approved, your Flow POS device will be shipped to your registered address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you will typically receive your device within 5 business days.
